We decided to embrace the dominant experience of technology in our world by encouraging our students to explore their personal relationship with it. Through research, writing, and computer programming, students unpacked the complex role technology plays in our existence. Students selected a variety of subjects to explore including free speech, surveillance, social media, drone wars, cyber bullying, digital identities, video game addiction, and many more.
Essential Question:
How does the user experience of digital technology change individuals physically, psychologically, socially, and economically?
